1. At the end of every day, massage a cashew-sized amount of Declaré Anti-Pollution Cleansing Balm on to a dry face.
2. The balm will melt down into an oil texture, breaking down makeup.
3. Pay special attention to the eye and lip area for thorough removal.
4. Rinse with lukewarm water; the Declaré Anti-Pollution Cleansing Balm will turn milky and rinse away.
5. Follow up with your favourite water-based cleanser.
